Bill Toms & Hard Rain is a Pittsburgh-based rock and soul band led by singer-songwriter Bill Toms, known for a career that blends heartland rock with roots-driven storytelling. With decades of experience on stage and in the studio, Toms has built a catalog of original music that draws from classic American influences while maintaining a straightforward, working-class perspective. Hard Rain serves as the backing band, delivering a tight, no-frills sound that supports both the songwriting and the live performance. Toms launched his musical career in 1987 as lead guitarist of Pittsburgh’s legendary band Joe Grushecky and The Houserockers, During that period, he opened for and played with such legendary names as The Band, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Little Feat, and Stevie Ray Vaughn. While playing guitar, co-writing, and adding backup vocals for the Houserockers, Toms and the band recorded six studio albums and one live concert album. In 1995, The Houserockers released American Babylon, which was recorded and produced by Springsteen himself.

Brown Eyed Women, the world's only all female Grateful Dead tribute ensemble, returns to the Beachland Ballroom. Featuring top-notch musicians from around the country, they celebrate the music of the Grateful Dead with a unique spin. Their high-caliber musicianship and shared love of the Dead drew them together. This band is decidedly different in a field brimming with tribute acts. BEW brings authentic jams and a soulful new approach to the familiar Grateful Dead catalog.

BEW brings authentic jams and a heart and soulful approach to the Grateful Dead catalog. 2026 brings new players into the fold. This is much bigger than re-creating songs. It’s about community, connection, and supporting women in music, especially within the Grateful Dead community. Join us for a delightful holiday brunch at The President's Pub in Washington, PA. Sarah Haywhacker, Patti Spadaro & Rachel Nawrocki will be playing their favorite tunes from the Grateful Dead, Beatles, Bob Dylan, original music and more. We'll start at 11 am with a short solo set from Rachel and 11:30am a short solo set from Patti, showcasing their original tunes. Then we'll all play together. Come early and stay late. The President's Pub is well known for it's delicious brunch specials and bloody marys. Free admission. All ages.
