Patti Spadaro is known for her introspective, heartfelt songwriting and creative lead guitar work. Her organic grooves, memorable songs, and spontaneous jam sessions are the trademarks of the Patti Spadaro Band. The group believes in the uplifting and transformative power of music, aiming to inspire and unite through their art.
The latest single "Glass Shatters" is a tribute to the strength and resilience of women. It honors our first female Vice President, and the continuing quest to break glass ceilings everywhere. Four women vocalists join Spadaro to sing and harmonize together. Spadaro's fluid, soulful lead guitar work shines though out. The song encourages unity and working together toward progress.
A native of PA, Spadaro spent time living in LA. She studied at Musician's Institute in Hollywood, one of 3 women guitar students among 700 or so guys. She played LA's iconic clubs, released several albums, and toured nationally. She returned to PA to raise a family and continue her music career. She's now based in Pittsburgh, and has performed and recorded with some of the area's finest musicians, at Pittsburgh's finest clubs, festivals and events. She can also be found teaching college courses in yoga, meditation and mindfulness. The Patti Spadaro Band loves to perform live, sharing a sense of community and in-the-moment improvisation.
